I'm
Isobel.

I'm the girl who actually loves admin, organising, and getting things set up properly so they don't spiral later.

I like clear expectations, clean systems, and finishing things instead of dragging them across ten to-do lists. I work best when I'm trusted to get on with it and I take a lot of pride in being reliable, consistent and easy to work with.

Most of the people I support are women building a brand, a business or a following who don't want the operational side taking up any more brain space than it already does. Lately I've been working more and more with creators and influencers and honestly, it's where I have the most fun.

I use AI tools throughout everything I do which means my clients get faster results, smarter systems and better value than traditional support. Based in London, working wherever the laptop goes.

A founder running international yoga and wildlife retreats was stretched across every part of her business with no one to catch the details. I stepped in to manage her inbox, handling all domestic and personal travel, coordinating retreat logistics and bookings, producing promotional materials and proposals, and taking full ownership of invoicing and payment tracking. Everything she didn't have time for -- handled.

Supporting an artist and founder across two separate worlds -- her music career and her production company. I managed outreach for both, coordinating with labels, collaborators and industry contacts. I managed her emails and calendar, took full ownership of all travel booking, handled admin for her family, assisted with outfit coordination for her stylist, processed monthly invoices, researched and onboarded her to private members clubs, and as trust built over time began supporting her growing social media and LinkedIn presence.

I implemented a smooth onboarding process, built out the CRM and client databases, created automations in Make, helped with the website, organised the Notion workspace, assisted with social media and supported outreach to designers and collaborators.
